I was asked to be the event photographer for the day. There was a free information roadshow at the Mansion House, Dublin where a range of providers and representatives of Springboard, the Department of Social Protection and the Irish National Organisation of the Unemployed (INOU) was on hand to answer queries about the courses. Careers advisors was also available to offer one-to-one advice and guidance to jobseekers, and leading industry speakers gave insights and advice on how to secure work in expanding industries in Ireland.
