The Planner really helps me organise the day’s shoot. For example, it helps me decide what equipment to bring and how to map out the area in case of emergencies. I also try to remember everyone's names so that I can get a genuine smile when I group people for photographs. Some couples have remarked that it also helps them know what to expect and eases their mind as the day’s itinerary is tucked away in a pocket. With family members, children, guests, hotel staff, ceremony procedures, speeches and events lined up, it’s very easy to forget to photograph shy aunty Mary who spent all night putting pins through flower stems.
